November 2025: Guest lecture at the University of Primorska

On 3 November 2025, Dr Nives Doneus from the University of Vienna (VIAS) will give a lecture at the Department of Archaeology and Heritage, Faculty of Humanities, University of Primorska, as an invited guest lecturer.

Entitled “Archaeological Prospection: Methods and Results, with a Focus on Roman Landscapes”, the lecture will examine approaches to investigating archaeological sites and structures without extensive excavation, as well as the integrative interpretation of results from Roman contexts.

The visit is part of the international research project “Osor Beyond the Myth” (ARIS N6-0292 / FWF Grant – DOI: 10.55776/I6039).
