September 2023: AARG Zagreb

On 21st and 22nd September 2023, the annual meeting of the Aerial Archaeology Research Group took place in Zagreb, Croatia. Over two days, almost 30 presentations were given on the application of remote sensing techniques. Peripheral land use around Osor was presented in the lecture “Spatio-Temporal Interpretation of a Dry Stone Walled Landscape on the Island of Cres (Croatia) Using Digital Feature Models from Airborne Laser Scanning”. The project was also presented as a poster entitled “City of Osor in the matrix of long-distance maritime routes”.
