September 2023:  Die Alpen im 1. Jahrtausend v. Chr., Innsbruck

On 30 September 2023, Boris Kavur and Martina Blečić Kavur gave a lecture entitled Eyes to the Mountains: prehistoric Osor in the networks of long-distance trade as part of the international conference The Alps in the 1st Millennium BC, which was organised at the Institute of Archaeology at the University of Innsbruck. The presentation of material culture from the Iron Age shows the involvement of Osor in international long-distance trade, particularly with the Alpine and beyond Alpine regions.
